As of May 12, 12.2 million votes have been tallied for Noynoy. Filipinos who did not vote for Noynoy rendered 15.2 million votes for 3 major rivals combined. Not counted here are more than a million votes for minor rivals. In the coming days, we will see the total votes of more than 50% of Filipinos who did not vote for the winning President.
